This was a random, self-effacing joke I came up with the other night.

If you’re wondering why the dates are wrong, it’s because I am playing catch up with my updates.  I’m almost there! Expect another random update to get me even closer to being on time again.

It was a really fun trip and expect to see more updates about it soon.

This marks Guinosaur’s first appearance since February.  We are still very close friends and had an awesome time together on our trip.  You’ll probably see more of her in the coming months because we live a few minutes from each other and are planning on hanging out.

Thanks for all your patience with these updates.  I will be caught up with them very soon and then we can keep meeting like this weekly once more.  I would like that.

I have been uber busy lately.  I have huge deadlines looming and so I haven’t been able to work on the comic.  For that I’m sorry.  I do have a 9 hour flight coming up on Monday.  I should be able to draw one or two things in that time.

I’m going to Portland for a week with Guinosaur.  I know she hasn’t appeared in this comic for awhile, but she’ll be back soon.  More on that later.

I’m ever thankful to my first webcomic friend Samantha Leriche-Gionet (aka Boum), author of the wonderful Boumeries (you should follow her on twitter too @boumerie).  The original intent of this comic was to be there for me while I was on vacation, but I didn’t take into account the fact that I would get super swamped with work.  So instead as an olive branch of sorts, I’m posting this now.  I still promise to make up for the weeks I’ve missed.

Also, be on the look out for a guest comic from me for Boum soon as well!

The first update in two weeks.  Sorry I’m so behind schedule, but I have a lot of work that I’m doing for a music video and an opening logo.  I promise to roll out two more comics soon to pick up the slack.

I’m sure this casts Torresaur in a much meaner looking light.  But I swear, it’s all out of love.  He’s been one of my closest friends for years.  The quirks I list here are the quirks I celebrate in my friend.  Also I wanted a gimmick to put on a tee.

I have been feeling much more confident lately.  Just by changing up my routine, it helped my outlook on life. I have been hanging out with new friends and feel myself coming into my own.  It’s a wonder how changing things up can help so much.

I’m a huge Phillies fan, but I’m not like a super baseball nerd.  I really just love the atmosphere and the idea of baseball.  I do pay attention to the sport and, yes, I have an app for that, but it’s something beyond just watching the sport.  I love the way at work, when baseball season comes around, we all will peek in at games, listen to them, discuss how the teams we like are doing.  It’s one of the best things about my job.  I think my love of baseball isn’t so much the sport in general, more so the group of people I get to hang out with and experience it with.

It really was very rejuvenating to go to New York.  It was a reminder of how much bigger and more wonderful things there are in the universe than me and my issues.  Seeing art you’re passionate about helps out too.  I have a posting of my trip up on my MobileMe site for people to view.
