This is Why I’m Hot started as an experiment in autobio comic form. I use it as a forum for random thoughts and general nerdiness. I wanted to create one-off comics that would be like a weekly tweet or something. Basically, I needed to see if I could keep the schedule going at a simple level, before I move into more complex comics.
Dweebasaurus was created my senior year of college at University of the Arts during a session of the animators drawing on the whiteboard in a classroom. We would do this a lot to blow off steam. Dweebasaurus, is a simple geek who enjoys a good Mallowmar candy bar. He now characterizes me in this comic, which is something I never expected from such humble beginnings. I hope you enjoy reading of his exploits as much as I enjoy writing and drawing them.
